"Lagada unit" is ideally placed in a beautiful natural setting on a top of a green hill overlooking a beautiful canyon that is a natural pool. The landscape is breathtaking and covers from a side the landscape of the hinterland and the beautiful white sandy beaches, coves and cliffs that make up the surrounding coastline. Everything can't let provide a pleasant and relaxing.

Two floors villa with garden and direct access to the sea, composed by a big living room with large windows overlooking the sea. Very well equipped kitchen,1 big living room, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
All the comforts composed as satellite tv, wireless internet, computing on 46" LCD TV monitor (thousand movies collection stored in a hard disk).
Washing machine, dish machine, coffee machine, side by side refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, air conditioning in all rooms, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen for dirty works, and 2 barbecues.
The nearest village abstains 3 km away from the house.

Very easy access to the house,starting from the ferries exit. You have to follow the main seaside road, heading towards to Limenaria. When you arrive to the village of Skala Kallirahi;s, is too easy to find us. We are located just 3 km away, measuring from the village center to Limenaria direction

Nothing have to share except the path to the beach and the beach area.
There is only one car parking space on August and more before 20 July. Free safe parking spaces exist out on the road in a big parking place It is watched by night guard (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
1. Smoking is allowed in the living room area only. Not in bedrooms
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
3. The property is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Pets are NOT allowed. OR PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
7. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle(s) on the yard. Vehicles are to be parked in suggested parking areas only. Parking on the road is permitted. Τhere is potential for two or three more parking places in the yard, before twenty July and after thirty of August.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.Cleaning service available for additional fees. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
9. Water and Septic: The drainage system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to 150 euro. (deposit fee)
10. The house is joined on the back side to an outdoor kitchen/shower which may or may not be occupied at the time of rental. You can use this area for to clean fish and other dirty works. This private area does not have any access to the house or vice versa. If this is a concern, please call or email with any questions.
11. Do not leave open the top lids (doors) of kitchen cupboards when the roof lights are on. There is a risk damage of polyester caps burning, due roof lights temperature.
12. Electricity please do your best to conserve Water/ Power by tuning off when not in the room and home and limit shower/laundry usage to only what’s necessary and purchase your own Laundry detergent at any nearby store.
13. Do not leave rubbish and food in the rooms: throw rubbish away and
leave food in the kitchen using the cupboards and the refrigerator
Do not keep dirty dishes and glasses in your room. Clean up dishes, glasses, pots and kitchen after using. Keep the bathrooms clean and in order after using
