French home in Montmartre. The apartment is furnished with personal taste; it's not like a hotel or Ikea catalogue. I live there year round and I don't have other apartments I rent on Airbnb. If you're looking for authenticity and charm, this is it.
The location is right in between the Sacre-Coeur (10min walking uphill) and the Puces St-Ouen flea market (check it out, it's worth a visit, included the "guinguette" restaurant "chez Louisette").
The flat is renovated (2012) from the kitchen to the bathroom.
I made many of the furniture in my designer workshop in Pantin, all hand made. The space is optimized and very comfortable for two person. Each of the room has its own balcony. I very often up to 4 friends of mine for diner as the space allows it, and my kitchen is full of nice spices and utilities.
Ancient typical French flooring ("tomettes"), very clean and beautiful.
The building includes a courtyard where I leave my bikes. I can lend one or two bikes during your stay in Paris (bike ride in Paris is a must).
Oh, and there is an extra single person futon I use sometimes when I'm hosting a friend and I don't want to sleep in the same bed. So it can accommodate 3.
Everything is included : music stereo, unlimited wifi Internet, kitchen utilities, shower utilities (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) and bathroom utilities (hair dryer, iron, etc.). You can run a washing machine too, soap included.
Общение с гостями
When I rent my place, I might be travelling or at my girlfriend's. I also have many friends living around the neighborhood and my next door neighbors are used to welcome guests, help with the keys, give one other crêpes and delicatessen, or help out with anything basically.
Nothing special really. Just common about living in an appartment building: no noise after 11pm, respect the neighbours, etc.
