the goal is to lose weight and increase their energy while you are on HOLIDAY! Be followed by one or more qualified persons to practice twice daily physical activities such as Nordic walking or yoga, pilates or swimming, brething or biking. The food will be Mediterranean / Vegetarian tend vegan fruitarian and raw. You will learn what and how to cook, in accord with the seasonality of foods.
You'll have access to the whole house
