Ideal bachelor apartment located within the neighborhood of Leslieville and about 5 minutes away by car from the popular neighborhood The Beaches. Place is approximately 20 minutes by local public transit from the downtown core.
Apartment comes fully furnished with an organic memory foam King-sized bed located on the main floor, one washroom located upstairs, 55" UHD Samsung flatscreen TV and DVD player (sorry no cable but plenty of movies to watch from an extensive film collection), onsite laundry facilities.
No onsite parking available on the premises but daily and weekly guest parking permits can be purchased from the city to park out on the street in front of the apartment complex.
The upstairs floor, where the bathroom is located, has mainly been used as an office space which contains a desk and lounge chair and SONY projection TV. An extra inflatable single can be quickly inflated for a guest. There is also a very small balcony on the top floor, although I rarely use it except to dry laundry in the summer.
This bachelor apartment is ideal for out-of-town actors needing an awesome place to stay while they're in town with a company tour or business. I would prefer to sublet to someone for who can commit to 2 months, not day to day or week to week.
I'm quite picky about who I sublet to. Must be a non-smoker and non-drinker.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRINKING. The apartment complex has a strict rule about no noise after 11 PM. This includes loud and disruptive partying.
Unfortunately, I cannot allow small in-house pets at this time due to allergies.
No unannounced guests as well. At the time of booking please inform the host of the exact number of guests who will be staying at the apartment.
If you're able to follow and respect these rules then this place is for you. You won't be disappointed.

I'm a professional actor, writer, dancer and filmmaker currently based out of Toronto, Canada. I've performed on stages across Canada as an actor for the past 10 years.
My hobbies include traveling, attending live theatre, working with First Nations youth and exploring the country landscape. I'm also a huge film buff and love attending film festivals such as the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and Sundance to discover new, exciting and original stories that haven't been seen or told before. Indie film is where it's at for me.
My international travels have taken me to such countries as the United Kingdom, Poland and Brazil. I'm an urban professional but a rural country boy at heart. The countryside is where I grew up, surrounded by the beautiful nature, landscape and water. Whenever I'm traveling I always miss the rejuvenating fresh waters of the largest body of fresh lakes in North America also known at the Great Lakes region of Canada.
