This little room is best reserved for our guests under 5'6" or so. The sloped ceilings and smallness would prove a bit too cozy for taller guests. The bed is a single with a trundle underneath and the mattress is firm.
Ours is a 1900 farmhouse lovingly remembered when restored to its modern day amenities. We have fallen in love with the land here and add to the gardens every year. We established our business in 2013.
Our private yard offers ample sunny and shady spots for serene nap-taking and meditation. The quiet 9-5 neighborhood seems to lend itself to that for much of the day although, as with all university areas, there will be the occasional outburst of fun to remind that you're in a re-emerging city with a vibrant, cultural, university community of great restaurants, theater, music, scientific and festival events.

You and your fellow guests will share common living spaces including the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, the living room and the two bathrooms. (Generally there are four guests - one in each room.) You will share responsibility for these areas and keep the spaces neat and tidy for the next user. Once a week a professional service cleans the common spaces, halls and corridors, the fridges and other appliances etc. Each room is fully furnished and supplied with linens and towels. We provide the following items: Brita water filters, cleaning supplies and equipment for your personal housekeeping, paper products, trash bags, flat screens in each room, WiFi and basic cable and all utilities.

We exist to provide a home for guests who visit Syracuse for long or short periods of time. Our mission is to offer them a room in a beautiful and peaceful setting with other professional adults. Our guests will share the communal kitchen, living room and baths and all amenities with our other guests and the house rules are simply to live with care. As much as we love pets, we cannot allow them due to allergies. No smoking or illegal drug use is acceptable on the premises - no illegal activity of any kind is tolerated. All guests enter the house through the Garden Gate on the Tejah Ave side of the house.
Tom and I have been AirBNB guests since 2011 have loved this service in our travels. We joined the ranks of hosts in 2014. Our caretakers live on-site but we live nearby and will try to say hello as time allows. Welcome to Syracuse! We are huge fans of this place and will happily guide you to the best eateries and their specialties. We encourage you to capitalize on our relationships with our Syracuse First partners. To prepare for your Syracuse visit we will recommend some pages to you as the date of your visit nears. If so inclined, let us in on your music and entertainment tastes and we'll see what's coming up on the Syracuse calendar for you! Our city has much to offer and, if you're new, we'd love to introduce you.
