My one double bedroom is part of a pretty cool home. I live in uphill Lincoln (arguably the best bit of the City Centre), and I'm only a 5-10 min walk straight into Lincoln's Bailgate and the Cathedral. I'm also within easy reach to regular buses
Help yourself to tea and coffee. Mugs are kept in tea cupboard above the kettle. You'll see in the fridge that there's some almond milk to use (more in the cupboard above the radio if you need it). Alternatively there's some sachets of milk to use in the 'tea cupboard’.
Feel free to use the kitchen - but try to avoid baking lasagnas etc! Alternatively, eat out. Lincoln is great for food. I've listed some recommended places to eat in the manual.
In your bedroom there's a wardrobe with hangers and two cupboards below where you'll find towels to use.
I’d ask that you veer away from my bedroom and study. It’s personal space after all, but the rest of the home treat like it’s a friend’s. That includes the garden where you’ll find a table and chairs to enjoy the outside. Cushions for the chairs are behind the conservatory sofa.
In the winter months, the conservatory is a more realistic option and you'll see the fanless Dyson heater. To use it is very straight forward. If you do use it, please make a point of switching it off when not in use. Electric fan(less) heaters are extremely expensive to run so only use it whilst you're in the conservatory.
I would ask you to make sure that all doors are locked and windows are closed when you go out, including the conservatory and the French doors. Sometimes the conservatory door you have to double check if it’s locked or not.

I'm friendly/sociable and more than happy to tell you what to see and do in Lincoln if you're interested.

The front of my home overlooks a park and I'm immediately in front of a dog walking area. The dog walking area can be bypassed if you opt to walk through my rear gates if you have a problem with dogs.
During the Christmas Market I can arrange vehicular access to my place by sending out to you a pass.
I'm fairly relaxed about the house, but expect guests to take care of the house. It's fine if you want to use the kitchen for light meals etc.
***Incase you're wondering, I don't like or own a snake. This was a publicity photograph taken at an event.***
I moved up to Lincoln three years. I think it's a great little town and fantastic for a weekend break.
I'm a keen traveller so I'm hoping that Airbnb will help put me in touch with likeminded fellow comrades (and help pay towards my next trip!).
I'm keen on the gym and eating well - but like to treat myself to a good night out on occasion too.
