Modern, comfortable and quiet duplex 90m2 with its own garden in a complex of five similar detached houses in a parcel with a private road of 80m leading to a wide sandy beach. Central location, with easy access to all other locations of Chalkidiki.
The duplex with the lemon tree, Nr1 of the complex, is suitable not only for family or not holidays in front of the sea but also it is the perfect base for daily trips all over Chalkidiki. It consists of three floors that communicate with an indoor staircase. On theground floor there are two cool bedrooms from which there is immediate access to the garden, a big bathroom and a storage room. The main entrance of the house is on the middle floor where there is parking place for embarking and debarking of passengers and supplies. On the same floor, there is an open, fully equipped kitchen connected to a high-ceiling, sunny lining room and a WC. There is also a spacious indoor balcony with an excellent view. On the third floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom.
The garden also communicates with the main entrance through an outdoor staircase. The children can move safely as the parcel is fenced and there is no traffic.
The tenants of the duplex are allowed to use the communal green spaces at the entrance of the complex as well as they can park safely and free at a specific parking space in the parcel! Outdoor barbeque with dining table is at their disposal after communication with the other tenants. Sunbeds and garden table are available in the garden of the duplex.
On the beach, there is a shared shower and a place for keeping the beach equipment such as buoys, flippers etc. The sunbeds can be used on the beach as under the tenants’ responsibility.
There is free access to the whole shared place like the green spaces and the planted area.
Only the tenants of the complex are allowed to use the private road either on foot or by bike. The use of the car is recommended only if necessary and always with great attention.

The house offers a great variety of resting positions during the whole day due to its construction and the planting around it. Therefore, the tenants can choose either a shady or a sunny balcony, garden or paved space according to their wishes… The choices are plenty and privacy is your choice!
There is also the possibility that the landlord or members of his family will be there for their own holidays during your stay. They will be glad to offer any useful information about restaurants, entertainment, trips etc.
Quiet hours should be respected!

There are two bedrooms with double beds, a room with one double bed with a private bathroom, as well as two sofas in the living room. Instead of a double bed, a bunk bed of three beds can be offered after consultation and with an extra charge for families with many children. Furthermore, there is the possibility of a double folding bed.
In three minutes’ walk on the beach there is a quiet beach bar of the adjacent hotel with sunbeds and umbrellas.There you can also find a restaurant with daily meals and pizza.A coffee bar with soft drinks, drinks , ice creams etc is at your disposal from early in the morning till midnight!.
