Lovely, well-furnished apartment set in Spanish village close to all amenities and beach. Pool, terrace and views. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes etc. right on your doorstep.


This luxury 3rd floor apartment is situated in a very quiet and charming residential area, with the thriving town of Fuengirola only minutes away. It is a large high quality (98.6m) apartment situated in the picturesque village of Los Pacos, which is between Fuengirola and Benalmadena - and has easy access to both. The apartment is furnished, equipped and maintained to the highest standard.

This is a small, very attractive, secure complex with a lift. The apartment has: 3 bedrooms, a large furnished kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom and a good size living area. The terrace is accessible from the living area via patio doors and overlooks the pool. There is also a car parking space included in the secure underground car park - a real advantage in a popular area where parking is a premium.

Located at the foot of the Fuengirola hills, the apartment has views to the sea and mountains (inc. Mijas). There are bars, restaurants and shops literally seconds away.

The terrace is a good size (20 sqm) and is partly shaded to avoid the hot summer sun.

It is situated approximately 20 mins by car from the airport (taxis €38) or 30 mins by the coastal train service across the road from the airport (adults €2). The complex has a quiet, good sized swimming pool, which receives sun all day. Close by there are many cafes, which offer free WI-FI to check emails and surf the internet.

Marbella and Puerto Banus about 15mins on the motorway. Gibraltar can now be accessed in less than 1 hour and Los Boliches, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Arroyo de la Miel, Torreblanca, Carvajal and Mijas in minutes, by car bus or train.

There are many golf courses up and down the coast and for non-golfers there are many other things to keep you entertained including: water sports, fishing, scuba diving, aqua parks (Torremolinos and Mijas), horse riding, tennis, horse racing, zoo, Tivoli world theme park for children, Selwo wildlife park, Selwo dolphinarium and a big shopping mall with a multi cinema with the latest films shown in English. The newly opened Fuengirola racket club is round the corner from the apartment and courts can be booked by holiday makers. They also have a small restaurant and bar offering menu of the day. There is also a small newly opened park for children of 3-10yrs 100yds away.

We have management who live locally that are very helpful in the case of any emergencies and/or problems.

Echamos de menos una campaña extractora de humos en la cocina y la plaza de garaje. Por lo demás nuestra estancia fue agradable y tanto Neil como Ann nos facilitaron nuestra visita.

We don't have an extractor fan in the kitchen as there is a large window close to the cooker. There was an issue with the garage as the management of the building had changed the entrance key without notifying the owners of the apartments.

We have owned the apartment from new. It was built in 2004 and has been kept to the highest standard. We invite people to treat the apartment as their own during their stay and to respect it as such.
