This 3 BR house has ornate fixtures and a huge kitchen added in the 1980s. Walk to all bars, restaurants, shops. The front porch looks across Main Street into the Basin Park, and the back patio has a gorgeous nighttime view of the Basin Park Hotel.
High ceilings, stained glass, cypress trim and gated grounds right downtown. Great for larger groups, or just enjoy having the whole place to yourself!
Unfortunately, I can only rent this place out for a 30 day minimum stay due to zoning regulations. But with three bedrooms, one month is a better value than one week at many other properties.
While I haven't researched it thoroughly, we're definitely "not alone" in the house. Past tennants and a housekeeper have told me stories about a "little girl" appearing in dreams or talking to them -- without knowing previous stories about the ghost. She makes herself known most often to mothers and other little girls.
You have access to the two stories above, which are self contained, and the "upper" grounds outside. There is a permanent tenant in the basement apartment, but he's rarely here on weekends.

We like to let you have the run of the place. We're here for you if you have questions about town or the house or if you need anything at all, but we will vacate the property during your stay.
Другие важные подробности
The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware and silverware to serve 10. We have 8 gas stove burners plus an oven and oversized fridge. There is a coffee maker and a few pots and pans if you like to cook.
You can bring a dog or two, if they are under 10 pounds and housetrained. Please don't smoke cigarettes in the house - it's almost impossible to get the smell out. There are two great porches where you can smoke.

A former executive in the yoga industry, I produced high-end exercise DVDs for a brand called Acacia, and before that, sold a zillion yoga mats, exercise balls and videos with Rodney Yee, Shiva Rea and other fabulous talent for Gaiam.
Needing a break from 18 years of execulife, I escaped to the most beautiful tourist nook in the Ozarks to become a massage therapist in NW Arkansas where I live with my husband Jimmy. We garden, we play music, we dabble in entrepreneurial ventures. We are madly in love with Eureka Springs and all the spooky, inspiring history and beauty this gem has to offer. We love sharing it with others.
I've traveled all over the US and especially love the Pacific Northwest. Jimmy is in love with Taos. He is a guitar player deluxe and one of the recipients of the Arkansas Blues & Heritage Award for performances at the King Biscuit Blues Festival in Helena, AR.
We look forward to meeting you!
