A short walk from town will get you out of the hustle and bustle and into a family neighborhood where you get the flavors of Sayulita, with a touch of nature and great views.
This gem of a casita is located on a hill top, providing stunning views of the valley and jungle, with a hint of ocean view from the top deck. Brick and smooth cemented walls with adornments of antiques and curios give this space a unique feel.
The casita is a light-filled space with large windows and great views of the valley and treetops. It is at the end of a road, so it is quiet and private. There is a kitchen, bathroom, and king sized bed, with another queen sized bed in an upper loft. The space is designed for a couple, or friends that can share the area. There is also another unit next door, that shares the pool, so it would be perfect for another couple of friends to join you on your vacation.
Guests have a shaded deck on top of the casita with casitas and couches, as well as use of the pool and hammock/lounge area shared with 2 other bungalows on the property.
We like to give guests their privacy. Usually we meet in the first couple days, and will see you once in a while if we are cleaning the pool or watering the garden.
The neighborhood is comprised mostly of local families, so has a friendly feel. The casita is at the top of a hill, so there is an uphill walk to get there, and can be accessed from 2 sides of the hill. The casita is at the end of the road, so there is not much traffic.
Sayulita is a pedestrian street and is best accessed by foot. At night if you need a lift home, there are taxis to take you.

We are usually on property in the mornings cleaning the pool and doing landscaping maintenance. It usually works out that we will run into you soon after your arrival. Otherwise, you can visit us at our beachfront cafe, El Break Cafe, or send an email/text.
Другие важные подробности
The Bungalows are located on a small hill. It is not a big hill, but does require a walk uphill, and is important to know depending on your health and physical shape. Also, it is a residential neighborhood. While we don't experience the noise of being in the downtown, there is possibilities of roosters and dogs. Please be aware of this and bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We have NO internet on the property (due to lack of available phone lines in Sayulita). There are many cafes with free wifi in town.
We hope that guests will respect our request of smoking outside. Also, to conserve energy, please turn off fans and lights when you leave. Thanks!

California native meets Mexican dude, we fall in love and have 2 babies. We are happy to share what we have created on our land, our version of an oasis in the fishing village of Sayulita. We love the ocean and travel and the excitement of new adventures.
