This a a beautiful, historic, old Cotswold Tudor-style home on a tree-lined street. The neighborhood is on the National Register of Historic Places, and there are a few cute restaurants, a historic library, and American Gothic Catholic church within a 1/2-mile walk.
The house was built in 1929 and it is my primary home. The house is clean and comfortable. If you prefer a hotel stay and old buildings aren't your thing, please consider staying in a Center City or Bala Cynwyd hotel.
The house is a 1929 Tudor cottage in a garden setting. It's clean, neatly organized, and spacious. There's a living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and tub) on the second floor. One bedroom has a full-sized bed and the other bedroom has a twin-sized bed. An air mattress is available upon request.
There is a front patio garden perfect for afternoon tea or a glass of wine and dinner, and there's a piano for the musically inclined. The house has all hardwood floors throughout.
The house has wifi throughout, and cable TV in the master bedroom.
Street parking is available in the neighborhood.
