In fact my mother did the check in, and in fact it was not supposed to request all those "demandings" for you. I apolegize for that. It is in fact no airbnb rules.
As for the plumber, these things happen, as this is not a Hotel where you can manage those things, and it is better to have them resolved then to leave them unsolved. In Portugal these things are managed like that, with a plumber, the owner and a portuguese woman ( as we are in Portugal) .But also I apologize for that.
As for Wifi, I already took it away from the amenities. It is not supposed to be there as I have no internet.
Overall I thank you for the feedback, so I can improve the check ins.

My recommendation for you, in the future, leave the apartment in a proper way. It is not nice or respectfull to leave dishes unwashed, and garbage spread around the apartment, filling 5 full garbage bags. Again this is not a Hotel, it is Airbnb.
