This really stunning 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Townhouse is a superb base for your London stay in easy walking distance of Chelsea, Victoria, Buckingham Palace and more. It has been elegantly designed and furnished in a contemporary style and is located on a quiet street in Belgravia - one of central London's exclusive residential areas and is really close to a wide range of shops, stores, restaurants & coffee shops. Sloane Square station is 8 minutes’ walk and Victoria Station is 10 minutes’ walk.

Luxurious although quite compact at 86 square meters / 926 square feet, your lovely 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom townhouse features a comfortable Lounge with fireplace with 2 x 3 seat sofas and an equally elegant armchair. The large Smart TV features Freeview channels, Netflix and there is Free WiFi throughout the townhouse. The Lounge also looks out onto a private outdoor terrace which is furnished. There is a very well-equipped kitchen and dining table and chairs for 6. You will find that the townhouse is in a quite secluded part of Belgravia, although very close to a range of high profile restaurants and well-known exclusive furniture and antique shops just a short walk at the top of the road, looking out onto a lovely open space.

Your townhouse is located just 8 minutes’ walk from Sloane Square, Sloane Street (home to Gucci, Prada, Louis Viton, Versace and much more) and King’s Road, Chelsea and 10 minutes’ walk from Victoria, putting some of London's most exclusive shopping in very easy reach. Beyond Victoria Station lie Buckingham Place, St. James’s Park, Green Park, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. Elizabeth Street, Belgravia and well-known Eaton Square are a short walk away and Knightsbridge is within walking distance with many of London’s top hotels in easy reach.

Sloane Square tube station is 8 minutes' walk away with the Circle and District Lines towards Westminster, Embankment – for Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and London Eye - and beyond to Tower Hill for the Tower of London. Victoria Station is 10 minutes' walk with the Victoria, Jubilee, Circle and District Lines, for the same areas as well as Oxford Street and Regent Street, as well as mainline trains including the Gatwick Express to Gatwick Airport. From Sloane Square you can travel largely direct to major London rail such as King's Cross/St. Pancras for St. Pancras International.

The well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining table and chairs for 6 and features up to the moment appliances and ample worktop. There is a 5-ring gas hob, double oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle along with all of the crockery, cooking utensils, glassware and cutlery you are likely to need during your stay. There is washer/dryer in a cupboard in the Second Bathroom closeby.

The Lounge has floor to ceiling windows which look out onto the terrace and raised garden area beyond. This area has been furnished for guests to sit outside in suitable Spring, Summer and Autumn weather.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has a King-size Bed and a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom to the Master Bedroom is small but has a rain shower cubicle with hand held shower too. Additionally, there is a wash hand basin, as well as toilet.

The Second Bedroom also on the First Floor has a Double Bed and has wardrobes and some drawer space. There is also a solid wood desk and chair, for work or simply for keeping in touch with family and friends back home. The second Bedroom has ample space for a quality floor mattress to be placed for a 5th guest. The Second Bathroom is also on the Lower Ground Floor and also has bathtub and shower over.

On the Ground Floor, the Third Bedroom has a Double bed and also features bookshelves with a wide selection of books. It also has a 20-inch TV.

The Second Bathroom is just beyond the staircase and features separate bathtub, with central mixer and a TV in the wall above the bathtub as well as, on the other side of the bathroom, a good-sized shower enclosure with rain shower and hand shower. Additionally, there is a wash hand basin, as well as toilet.

At the top of Saint Barnabas Street, in Pimlico Road, there is a traditional pub as well as a range of restaurants, many very well known and recommended, with a wide range of cuisines. This is also an area of individual shops for high-quality furniture and antiques. A little distance away is Elizabeth Street where you can find Peggy Porschen Cakes, famous around the world for their tea and cupcakes.

Do make sure to slip down the side streets around your apartment where you will find the elegant small-town atmosphere of Belgravia, Chelsea and Pimlico still alive and well. Quaint, unexpected spaces and garden squares can be found on a short walk from your townhouse.

Belgravia borders on Chelsea to the south and west, Knightsbridge to the north and west and Hyde Park Corner and Mayfair to the north and East. Sloane Square and King’s Road, Chelsea, Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace are all in walking distance of your townhouse and Green Park and St. James’ Park both can also be easily reached on foot from the townhouse.

Belgravia is one of central London's most exclusive residential areas, surrounded by many embassies, top hotels and more. It is an area largely unspoilt by modern development and maintaining many of the original Georgian houses which give it its unique character and atmosphere.

Despite this, Belgravia, on this side, borders on Chelsea and Knightsbridge and gives easy access to the great shopping and village-like atmosphere of both of these lovely areas. As in Knightsbridge and Chelsea, garden squares are a feature of Belgravia and enhance its character and appeal.
