This luxurious direct ocean front three-bedroom (including two master bedrooms) townhome is just off the beach with spacious front balconies to watch the sunrise. It features free wireless internet and cable (HBO), a new 60 inch flat panel smart TV with Blu-Ray, a fully-equipped kitchen, a high-efficiency front-loading washer and dryer, forced-air central AC/heat for your comfort.
The only thing between you and the ocean is a strip of dunes and vegetation. There are no roads to cross, no traffic noise, and no crowds – just the peace, serenity and beauty of this beautiful, lifeguard-protected spacious stretch of white sand beach! The balconies provide a view of the vibrant colors of the ocean, the Atlantic City skyline, and the unmatched beauty of the dunes.
The large, fully-private 3rd floor master bedroom has a king bed and magnificent views of the ocean. The new marble master bath has a rain shower with 6 body jets and a handheld showerhead. Relax on a private balcony watching dolphins swimming by or enjoy a sunrise over the ocean.
The 2nd floor living/dining room has a soaring 20' open ceiling with a ceiling fan and new living room furnishings, including a full size leather sleeper sofa and a dining set. The kitchen is fully-equipped and stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and appliances. It has an open counter overlooking the spacious dining area and living room, and a balcony with views of the ocean beyond.
The 1st floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and a comfy sitting area with a queen size sofa for additional guests. Relax on the private balcony overlooking dunes. This second master bedroom adds to the expanded choices of staying with friends and family. There is another bedroom on the 1st floor with two twin beds, its own private bath, and a TV and DVD set.
On the ground level, there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a driveway with parking for at least 2 cars.

2016: We are excited to finish our new home improvement project, which included conversion of the 3rd floor loft master bedroom into a fully enclosed/private master bedroom with new furnishings and a new marble bathroom with walk-in tile shower with rain shower, 6 body jets and a handheld showerhead. The new layout of the room brings the beauty of the ocean for the traveler’s enjoyment!
2015: The townhome underwent a major interior renovation project finished in May 2015. We are excited as the project included new exotic hardwood floors, dinning furniture and balcony furniture. This improvement added beauty to our oceanfront town home!
A shopping plaza with ACME groceries, pizza, and ice cream is within walking distance

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in a charge of $300.00 fine.
2. People other than those in the Traveler party set in the inquiry may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Traveler, no weddings, graduations, receptions or similar events.
3. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Traveler and all persons in rental party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Traveler and all persons in rental party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property and premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. For safety concerns and convenience of other renters the moving or re-arranging of the furniture is not allowed; no open fire of oil-based lights or candles are allowed at the property;
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed. Any evidence of pet found in the property will result in a charge of $300.00 fine.
7. Parking is available for at least 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Traveler shall bring linens and bath towels.
9. Water and Sewer: The property is on city water and sewage systems. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.
10. Weather: No refunds will be given due to weather conditions including storms. We encourage all Travelers to purchase travel insurance.
11. Rental property should be left in the same condition as originally found. Any undue or unreasonable cleaning necessary as a result of the vacationer’s stay will result in a cleaning charge assessment of $50.00 per hour, with a one (1) hour service minimum.
12. All people in the Rental party shall abide all rules of the city of Brigantine including those pertaining to noise, use of the beach and nature areas.
13. Travelers shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the rental unit. Any disturbance resulting in police action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay with all monies paid forfeited.
14. Traveler may not be provided a key for Owner’s personal storage spaces. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of this agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and Traveler will be liable for any damage and/or missing items.
15. A $150 fee will be charged to Travelers for failure to return any and all Rental Property related keys, and beach tags. These charges shall be deducted from the security deposit.
