We strive to provide a pleasant stay and do everything in our human power to attend to any unexpected issues in a timely manner as well as keeping up the unit as it is described in the listing.
To clarify, in our property listing we DO NOT mention we provide microwave or water kettle, however, these 2 items were provided to our guest as a response from our team to accommodate the gas stove situation and as we were waiting for technician to revise gas stove issue.
The notification of gas stove issue came in late night Friday evening, technician was able to take care of it the following day.
TV App issue was solved in a minute just needed to re-enter passcode that was provided immediately (technology sometimes logs you out, it’s going to happen)
There was never an issue with the sewage.
The building management was running a preventive maintanace job throughout the whole building, therefore we asked the guest if it was ok for the plumber to get in the unit since she was out, we also advise our guest that we would send one of our employees to accompany him for security of our guest privacy and belongings.
