I dont want to answer on every lie here. it is enough to say that airbnb found out that there is no reason to refund anything to Kate and they sent me all amount after that decision. I believe that it is the only bitter taste for her, she wanted to stay in apartment and get money back, sorry, not this time. I couldnt know that guests before Kate will break the bed in other room and I felt sorry for it. I offered her full refund on the first day (including airbnb fee) if she wants to leave apartment, I offered her another apartment with 2 bedrooms and she refused all. at the end, she sent me message that she doesnt want to leave bed review and she asked for half amount that she paid for apartment!!!! I guess if I paid that, she would write that everything was perfect!!!! anyway, all this is perfectly visible in our messages here on airbnb and that is the reason why she couldnt get money back. this should be warning for all hosts to deal all problems in messages, just in case that guests are like Kate and just ask for reason to stay somewhere without paying full price.
