Regarding Uber, it’s normal that you have to wait a couple of minutes to find one. I also wrote to you that if I could, I would have given you a ride to the train station but unfortunately, I had an appointment that morning.
As for the air conditioning, I wrote to you that it was supposed to be installed during the next week-end because we did not expect that high temperature in May. When I provided to you 2 fans, you wrote : ‘’Fan will be great! Thank you so much !!’’
The wifi does work in the apartment, the connexion is very good, especially in the living room and in the dining room.
I am sorry that you feel that way but we always take good care of our customers and we always get 5 stars for that apartment and our service. You should have told me after the first night and we could have arrange something like given you a refund for the second night instead of waiting after you left to send a bad review.
