The solid wooden oak front door opens on a bright, airy 90 m2 openplan, with living (8 seats) and dining (10 seats) areas and a brand new (2013) US kitchen located in the veranda, fully equipped, with an extended garden view. Access to the laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and WC, in the dovecote tower.
Stairs lead both to the upper floor and the garden floor, where are the sleeping areas.

A central landing leads to 2 parqueted bedrooms under the eaves, both with en suite shower rooms (including 1 large balneo shower) and WC : 1 double bed 160x200 (room 1); 2 separated single beds 90 x 200 (room 2). Various terrace areas offer several dining possibilities: in the shade of the ancient trees to the side of the house, on the raised terrace at the front of the house or on the large terrace at the rear overlooking the pool and garden. Tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols are provided for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The whole property is accessible and completely private. Except a massive barn in the front courtyard which is closed and used by us for storage. The heated pool is opened from mid-april to mid-october.

As I live in Paris, this house is my secondary home but I rent it as i don't have that much holidays hopelessly. A very professional property manager is the yearly caretaker of the property. She organises the cleaning of house, linen, garden and pool and welcome the guests during holidays. She can also help if ou need assistance (no extra fees, fluent in English). Nevertheless I can always be reached by phone or email if need be.

Beds are done for your arrival.
Bed linen, toilet and bath towels, kitchen towels, shampoo/shower gel (50 ml), cleaning + washing gel ... and a little wine provided.
Except swimming pool towels.
Holiday rental : 7 nights from FRIDAY to FRIDAY on peak season (july and august). Other arrival days or shorter stays (min 5 nights) considered during mid/low season.
An extra fee of 150 € is due for final cleaning (indoor, outdoor, bed linen and towel etc ...)
Electricity, WIFI, local phone, central heating and air conditioning included. Bed linen and toilet/bath towels included.
Car necessary, children welcome, no pets, no smoking, not suitable for disabled people or wheelchairs.
Cette maison est ma résidence secondaire, que j'ai meublée et aménagée comme pour le confort personnel de ma famille - et complètement rénovée après achat fin 2012. Nous la mettons en location saisonnière car nous n'y allons actuellement que 3 semaines par an. Elle est gérée sur place par des professionnels qui assure les états des lieux, la remise des clés et le ménage. Ainsi qu'un contact sur place en cas de problème. Les draps et serviettes (hors piscine) sont fournis, et les lits faits à l'arrivée. Enjoy !
