Understood. And Terry your feedback is well received. I understand that the home is not yet in 5-star vacation condition. The timing of your booking was immediately following a major hurricane that directly hit Wilmington and left a lot of houses in ruin as you know - I was fortunate that the worst of the damage was to trees and landscaping. As you said, you were in town for work directly related to hurricane relief and I'm glad my home was able to serve you in that capacity. I will continue to offer the home at a discount to the competition in it's present condition -justifiably so. That said, it has been a value to those that are not looking to pay 5-star prices for 5-star accommodations. That said, if you have specific recommendations, that would be more helpful versus an (Website hidden by Airbnb) and vague statement that it "needs some attention." If you did make specific recommendations I missed it. And other than the dryer needing attention, you didn't mention any major issues in the month you stayed there, extending your stay two times beyond your original booking. To be clear, I hired a property manager to specifically help bring everything back to pre-hurricane condition, but she flaked out- very disappointing and couldn't have been worse timing on her part. Given that I normally reside three hours away and the managers thus far who failed to impress, it will be a challenge nonetheless. That said, I'm up for that challenge and certainly want to make this home as comfortable as possible for others during their stay. Again, if you have specific recommendations, I value and welcome that constructive criticism and will certainly use it to ensure an even better experience for future guests.
