I am shocked to read this feedback. Normally my Team in the Reception is really, really nice and explain everything to the guests. And if the guests have questions they are never tired to answer and try to help. But beside of this we have room informations in the rooms and there you can find all informations, special about the breakfast, opening hours and so on. Means it should be easy to get informations and special if you would ask in case they not tell direct to you.
About the Dive Team I apologize if you felt unwell. But I am 100 % sure there is a miscommunication. Special because you say the diveguide was nice to you when he talked with you. Sometimes they are kidding each other because not all in the Dive Center are guides. You can find also boy which fill tanks and clean equipment only. Therefore I guess one of them was talking to you. Again: sorry for any inconvenience.
About the Restaurant: I know that it happens very often in Asia that you get the complete order in same time. In the kitchen they dont know how many person make order and some people love to eat only appetizer soup. Therefore I recommand to make clear how you want to receive the order. But normally in my place they really know about that and clarify it when they order.
Means: sorry that you are not 100 % satisfied when you was here but I am sure this are not really reasons for a bad rating....
