Spacious, 3-bedroom apartment right on the water-front in the best part of the Sliema/St Julians' Promenade. Magnificent sea views, breathtaking, both in calm or stormy weather.
The central location is ideal and convenient, with its restaurants, pubs and coffee shops making it perfect for a family visiting these Islands.
Other amenities close at hand include beach-facilities, water sports, diving school, rocky bathing, aquatic-clubs, etc. Bicycles or Boats are available for rental.

This apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a quality residential block, and served with an elevator. It is very spacious, (165 mt2). The Flat has a good size entrance-hall which opens into comfortable dining room, with large sitting room beyond.
This sitting area leads to the verandah, large enough for eight, eating and lounging. One can enjoy the spectacular view, or just sit outside enjoying the sun over a drink.
There is a separate large kitchen with breakfast bench, and a large opening onto the dining area. It is fully equipped (for those how prefer to cook their own meals) with oven- grill, microwave, hob, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Towels, linen, crockery and cutlery are provided, and so is TV, and WiFi internet.
As for the bedrooms, the apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, sleeping five comfortably, with an additional third bedroom with bunk beds which is made available when there are more guests, accommodating up to nine, when children are using the top bunks. A double bedroom with en-suite toilet with shower. The second bedroom has three beds, two of which can form a double-bed, The third bedroom is made available when the apartment is occupied by more then five persons. There is a second toilet with large shower close to the hall.
All the bedrooms as well as the sitting/dining area have split air-conditioning.
A baby chair or/and cot can be made available on request.
There are a few steps to the street entrance hallway. Disadvantaged guests can use a ramp running alongside. The elevator doors are 29 inches wide.

The whole flat is let exclusively for the guests, subject that when five persons or less are staying, the third bedroom is not available.

This is an up-market property in a quality residential block.
Guests are expected to take care of the apartment and furnishings, as if it were their own.
Guests are kindly reminded not to cause disturbance to neighbours by excessive noise, especially at late hours.
On lets of more then 8 nights, there is an electricity consumption allowance of 6KW/person/night, with an extra charge of 10 euro/10KW or part thereof, thereafter. The allowance is adequate in most cases, and the extra charge is meant to discourage avoidable use of wasteful energy. Reading will be recorded at the beginning and at the end of the visit, and any charge settled at the end of the stay.
Whilst the flat itself is suited for persons with mobile disability, it must be pointed out that there is a wheelchair ramp of gradient 1/6, and the lift doors are 68 cms wide.

The Apartment is right on the Sliema/St Julians' promenade. Whether walking, jogging, or just strolling, the promenade is a prime source of entertainment, a venue for meeting people, as well as the main thoroughfare of Sliema and St Julians'.
Balluta Bay, with its leafy space, and St Julians' Bay, gateway to the night-spots, lie at either end of this section of the golden mile, and are both worth a leisurely visit for a drink or snack.

Its also an opportunity to listen to serious music, ballet, or shows.
