We respect the right of every guest to express their opinion. It is of course rather disappointing when the view expressed is not true. This we denounce as a FAKE REVIEW. The truth of the matter is that Mr Tan, without notice, arrived at the villa at 7.45am and tried to check in. Had we been aware of this we would have tried to arrange an early check in for him, as it was, the villa was not ready and was still being prepared by the villa staff who advised Mr Tan that he could not check in. It is clearly stated that the standard check in time is 2pm. Mr Tan then became very angry, and we have absolutely no doubt his false comments are a direct result of the check in issue. It has taken a few days to reply to the comments, as we wanted to hear directly from the owner and the villa manager, and here is their reply:: We have new a/c units so i find it hard to believe there were issues and the staff did not have any issue with the a/c units, at no time during their stay did any of the guests complain about the a/c, as for the pool being dirty. it is not true the villa staff said they were in the pool all day and night and we could not add any more chemicals as they were always in the pool so with all their sun tan lotion the pool was a little foggy but once they got out of the pool we added some tablets. we cannot put too many chemicals when the pool is constantly being used. The Royalty Queen Villa has over 50 internet reviews on airbnb and other booking sites, all the reviews posted by past guests are either excellent or good, this is the first bad review even, which is easily explained, as it is not true.
