I deeply regret that Ekaterina had such a negative experience. When she booked the room, I was very clear with her and wrote to her to remind her that there was only one single bed (as is clearly shown in the pictures) and asked if that would be okay for two people. She replied "Yes, that's fine" in a (Hidden by Airbnb) message, but when she arrived at the house she said that she hadn't read that part of my message. When she said that they would need two beds my mom and I offered several options, including setting up another single bed in the room (a real bed, not only a mattress on the floor, was one option offered to her). I disagree when you said that I wanted you to sleep on the floor, I offered you another bed in the same room and a plastic matrass but I was trying to do my best since I was not expecting something like this due to your confirmation message after my warning message. Unfortunately, I was not able to offer a refund in this case because the details of the room were clearly discussed in writing and clearly visible on the airbnb page.
