Dear Mr. Jayesh, Please note there is no one here in our hospitality management team to show any of our attitude to our guest. Request you to calm down and be paitence to hear that nothing went wrong as you have mentioned in the below msg and reviewed it. Let me bring you to your points again. 1) Yes at the time of booking confirmation you have informed us that you and your wife will be staying at our apartment and this we had verified because our management policy is to verify the couple booking, because we do not entertain any of the unmarried couple and do not take booking for them. 2)If you have received the call from vishal and you was happy with the information he had provided to you that means vishal had done excellent part of his job to welcome you in our hospitality. 3) I can understand that you may have got stucked at the time when you have reached the destination but can not understand after vishal had the conversation on call and explaind you the detail address and also informed you to please give call to caretaker 15 min before reaching the apartment so that manoj caretaker can come downstairs to receive you at the security check in point of the gate, after that he had also msg you the detail address along with the (Hidden by Airbnb) map link how it could be possible that you still got so miss guided be the team. 4)At the time when you have called manoj, you have dialed an wrong number which was not our caretaker manoj number hence you have faced problem talking to another person thinking that you are speaking to our caretaker manoj. And when you have tried calling him second time our caretaker immediately came downstairs to receive you at the security check in point. This you yourself had mention in your msg to us 5) In regards to the room. A) How was you able to accommodate even for few minutes if the rooms where not in good stands at all. And you have spent your entire stay there if there was really such problem, you could have immediately looked for some another option for your self. B) Our caretaker had provided you all the need full toiletries and two set of twoels and two set of hand towels also as our area supervisor had a daily routine check up in this regards. C)Non of the bedsheets where torned, request you to please stop assuming and writing it. D)Was it really not at all a pleasant stay, can not understand stand how could you accommodate for you entire stay till your check out time. E)Request you to also go through our NRI reviews on airbnb it self you will be knowing how decnet and professional is our hospitality management service our. F)Our every apartment has our water purifier, I don't think we have to provide water bottles to guest after keeping the aquagaurd system. And one more thing I would like to add this was you home stay service apartment not an hotel where we would provide bottles to guest. Please note it's an complete home stay service that we provide to our guest in luxury manners. G)There is no option of any kind of refund if you are looking for, request you to please stop reviewing without any mandatory reason. We are sorry too to proof you wrong in this regards, please calm down and have a nice weekend
