On acquisition of this property late 2018, major renovations were comple- ted included change of all linens and towels. This facility operates on a home away from home principle. Guests are made aware that the laundry room with washer/dryer is open 24/7 for their free use. Our six month practice, used with Sarah, gave them extra linens per bed and on/about the third day of their ten-day stay, extra pool and bath towels were given personally by this host. They were aware they launder for themselves as they see fit.
Now, with the level of rapport established between Sarah and host, it is only reasonable to expect that if there was a problem, she would express concern and ask for additional towels or feel free to express likes and dislikes while she was here.
Sarah. Is this a malicious comment said because you were asked to comply with policy regarding your private guests of several nights? You made an effort to comply and it was accepted. Remember the matter was raised with you out of the hearing of even your travel companion.
