Victoria, I’m sorry you didn’t bring any of these issues up any of the times we spoke so I could have addressed them during your stay. My listing clearly states there is a TV in the room, but not cable. All the amenities listed on the site are exactly what you received. I do not give kitchen privileges for short stays which is why there is a mini fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker in your room for your convenience. You were provided with 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths for your 2 night stay, and if you needed more towels you only needed to ask. You did not mention an issue with the shared bathroom until later in the evening, at which time I asked the guests to clean up the 3 items they had stored on the bathroom counter. The other guest let me know that they had cleaned the bathroom. I followed behind them with a thorough cleaning even though it had been professionally cleaned prior to your check in.
I clearly state in my listing everyone is responsible for their own mess, even though I do have a professional cleaning person. I'm not sure what things were stacked on top of each other, but it was never brought to my attention by you or the other guest present during your stay so I'm not sure what you are referring to.
My dogs are clearly stated in my listing and they spend equal amounts of time inside and out, but not in the guest's areas. I'm not sure how you would know how much the dogs were in or out since you should not have been in that part of my house.
Since you are new to Airbnb, you should not hesitate to ask the host in advance of confirming your booking about the amenities that matter most to you just to be sure you are both on the same page.
