Our house is 10 minutes from the Temple in Karon. It`s located a little up on the hill. The house consists of two flats. One with two bedrooms (1.Floor) and the one at ground floor has 3 bedrooms (the one advertised here).
There is a magnificent view over the Andaman sea.
The pool is always well kept, following stringent health regulations for water quality.
The house itself is situated at the end of a road together with two other houses, sharing a pool and front yard.

一个很棒的屋子!!虽然到达商业街区要走大概10分钟的路,但是半山的房子可以直接就观赏到海上的美景!!泳池很棒,每天几次自动换水,我们每天外出回来都会在泳池再泡上一阵!!最重要的是价格超便宜啊,家里人都十分喜欢,特别是我女儿,没事就往泳池跑……

Wem das Hochlaufen des sehr steilen Berges nichts ausmacht, für den wird sich die Aussicht danach lohnen. Da es sehr nah am Wald ist, sollte man weniger angst vor Ameisen haben :D

Thank you for the feedback. Just to answer some details- There is quite a robust wifi network. But the speed is based on Thai public standards.
On the flat listing, there is a detailed drawing of the different rooms with detailed size.
In the instructions (house rules) we focus on that guests don`t leave any food around. Like bread crumbs, fruit etc. This brings out the ants.
