Chantelle booked the house under the pretence that it was for herself and her grandparents, even asking if I lived close by in case she had any problems. In reality it was booked for her birthday party. The rules state clearly that the house is not suitable for parties or events. After being alerted by my neighbours that people were turning up in droves along with a huge barbecue and boom box I spoke to Chantelle and advised that she was breaking the rules and could not hold a party at the property. Instead of asking people to leave more people turned up and the noise escalated. Finally at 03:00am after the police being called for disturbance of the peace, the party ceased. My poor neighbours and myself were kept awake all night. It is absolutely disgusting to suggest that the neighbourhood is either racist or discriminatory, I have hosted many different Nationalities from all over the world at my home and none have ever said that they felt discriminated against. As a mother of a mixed race child I find this particularly upsetting, as do my neighbours who not only had to endure a night with no sleep but who are now accused of being racist.
To add insult to injury, the suggestion that the garden is not as shown in the pictures is ridiculous. I hope that anyone reading this review looks at all my other reviews for clarity and to see a true picture of what to expect of Coppice View.
