We wish Luke would have addressed these issues directly with us so we could have take action to make him and his friends more comfortable. My husband and I are very responsive to any and all concerns that our guests may have. We have disclosed in our specs on the Airbnb site that there is no TV nor Wifi, which is why our rate is so low for such a beautiful and spacious home, so the 3 rating for accuracy is not justified. I am, however, curious why he gave us a 4 for communication when we responded promptly to all of his messages within minutes, something which we make a definite point of doing with every guest. My husband and I take pride in providing a clean home with many amenities, conveniences, and supplies, and strive to do everything possible to be good hosts to our guests. As a side note, we will be getting WiFi installed next week, so we're ready to bring on the younger crowd!
