Spacious, bright, high ceiling apartment in the center of trendy Bushwick, 3 minutes walk to the L or M subway lines, 20 minutes from Manhattan - Union Square, walking distance from some of the finest venues, galleries, restaurants, bars and clubs in New York.
We love our apartment! It's bright, with high ceilings, and spacious - the bedroom, living room and kitchen are connected into one big continuous space, with curtains separating the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a large sofa that turns into two beds (or one bed for two). We have awesome studio monitors for you to play music through, and a little projector that you can use to screen films from your computer. We have a piano - please treat it with respect and care, it's expensive (details in house rules). Our neighbors are friendly and quiet (with the exception of the occasional harmless weekend salsa party two floors downstairs). The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean and bright. The apartment is well heated, and has a nice breeze in the summer. We think you'll love it here.
We won't be there, so you'll have access to the whole space for yourself

We live here, and we respect our neighbors, so please:
No crazy partying
No crazy loud music
No smoking inside (but ok on fire escape)
No huge mess
No loud talking in the stair room after midnight
!!Please be very very very nice to the piano!! - don't put anything on top of it or move it, and if you know how to play, be gentle and kind and remember that there are neighbors below you.
If you are a generally respectful person, then we're in the clear :)
