I strongly recommend people read many of the other reviews (including for guests after this rental) and take note of the significant disparity between those and this sole, standalone review. Is it me or is it them?
Missing kitchen stuff - a quick message and everything could have been obtained as I have access to a restaurant. - No message given. I am not a mind reader.
Beach - literally six feet to one side there is the clear beach. Please, check it out on internet maps. Easy to see. It's a Seven Mile Beach, lots of space except where there are chairs. Guys, move a mere 6 feet to one side. It's real easy to do to find hundreds of yards of clear beach.
Clean crockery drying? Really? I thought it was normal to dry the washed crockery.
Sheets - well known fact that dyes can run. Unfortunately Alex doesn't either recognise or know this.
Sand on the floor - wow. Feet from the sand on Seven Mile Beach and Alex is surprised that there is a little sand in the apt. Impossible to keep it out. If Alex didn't want sand, may I suggest coming to the beach was a poor decision?
Lock - yes, it was loose. I tightened it. Temporarily? Unless it came loose again, then it wasn't temporarily. if it did come loose again, why didn't Alex call?
Overall, there seems to be a drastic lack of communication. If there were so many problems why not leave the same day? Full refund would have been given.
Alas, only one call - loose lock. Fixed within 30 minutes.
I compliment Alex in seeking out any possible flaw that could be created. Alex seems to VERY well practiced in the art and detail of her complaining.
Seven Mile Beach is a great place to vacation. As can be seen by the entire remainder of reviews since 2014, customer service is excellent - except this one review (for some reason). Please feel free to speculate on the motivation.
