In your feedback, you have forgotten to mentioned that when the gas ran out, I came to the apartment with a portable gas stove within 90 minutes of your first message informing me about it. I had contacted you again in the afternoon of the same day asking if I could come and replace the cylinder but you said you would be back only in the evening. The new cylinder was delivered the very next morning. Ultimately, you were without a stove for about 90 minutes and the delay in the delivery of the cylinder was because you were not available at home.
I personally took out the trash when I met you the first time and even told you to leave it out and I would take care of disposing it. If there was any difficulty, you could have informed me while you were there.
You made a request for extra sheets and extra utensils in the kitchen and I got them for you the same day.
The damages on the bedsheets were because of the application of heat and not because of the washing machine. Same with the bowl in the kitchen. I have never heard a complaint about the washing machine from anyone else and have personally used it too.
Thankfully, airbnb resolved the dispute.
