A bit of the old west - charming w/ fabulous desert views. A great place to relax, reflect and get back to nature. Wildlife and bird viewing throughout the property. Uniquely located on 1/4 mile of dirt road yet 5 min to I10. Best of all worlds!
Nestled on private dirt roads yet only 1/4 mile to pavement this home is truly an escape to the beauty of the Sonoran Desert - perfect for those who really love to get away and enjoy the outdoors.
Guests have their own private gated driveway with an oversized 2 car carport. There is room for RV / horse trailer parking. Please contact me for directions as access can be confusing especially after dark.
I am available to help guests with their enjoyment of the southwest and love to interact with folks who enjoy traveling. I can be reached by a quick phone call as the main house is on the same property.
This is a guesthouse on my 10 acre property. The pool/spa can be made available for your use with added fees for heating them. The spa is easily heated for a small fee while the pool would only be heated for longer stays and with additional charges to refill the propane tank for the heated use. The pool is a great "cold dip" in winter - and generally swimmable from mid March through late October.
You definitely need your own transportation out here. If you have horses they can be brought on to the property with prior arrangements.
Should you be an equestrian - nearby horse boarding privileges can be arranged at an adjacent property. Contact me for information.
Call prior to arrival to meet owner and obtain gate code.

Patty & Jim - Tucson, AZ - Commercial Real Estate management - we love the Sonoran desert and have spent our lives enjoying all it has to offer. We enjoy hiking in the mountains and the desert, driving through the passes and the canyons. Tucson offers a wonderful mix of cultures both old and new. There is a vibrant music and art scene as well as great shopping, art and restaurants. When we are not busy working we enjoy hiking, photography, kayaking, rafting and fly fishing throughout the southwest. We love to spend the summers on the rivers of CO, NM, MT, and anywhere that the water flows and the fish bite. We have 2 grown sons who also have a love for the outdoors.
We look forward to meeting new folks and sharing stories of travel and adventures, culinary treasures, and watching wonderful sunsets while sharing a glass of wine.
