We have all records of communications between An Owners Dream Management and your party, you never mentioned a problem with any sink in this brand new home. You booked a home that was for 13 people. This means that 13 people had a place to sleep. The reason you had people sleeping on the floor was because you actually had more than 13 people in the home, and we have proof, which is a violation of the AIRBNB policy as well as An Owners Dream rules. You are the only guest who has ever said the bed is uncomfortable. The swimming pool was clean, as everyone can see from the baby snake photo you uploaded. This is the first time you mentioned a smell in the pool. A baby snake was found in your pool, this is Florida, there is wildlife in the rural areas, we called the pool man and the snake was gone by the time he came, so that problem was taken care of as soon as it was reported. The main problem your referring to, about the electricity was called a storm, an act of God that our business cannot control. You momentarily did not have power, it was resorted within 5 minutes. Your laptop and chargers broke because you had them plugged into the wall, while you were using them, in the middle of a thunder and lightning storm. The second time in which you were without power for 6 hours is because the electric company was working on their lines and doing work in the area, repairing damaged lines from the storm. We can call them to confirm both of these things if you feel so strongly that you were the only home without power (there were at least 340 other home without power for those 6 hours). You had no internet because the storm damaged the internet connection, and since this was not the only home internet affected by the storm we had to wait for them to send someone out. You had no TV because again as I mentioned, your guest had all the TV's on, while the storm was going on, and when the electricity hit those 5 TV's got damaged as well. We are not charging you for TV's as we know this we an act of NATURE. The dryer also experienced the same kind of damage, a blown motor due to the surge of electricity. We have not asked you to replace any of those items at all. It is not possible that the air conditioning worked in THE ENTIRE HOUSE except one room, on the thermostat there is a sign that specifically says do not set the temperature on the air conditioner lower 75 degrees. You disregarded this sign and set it to 68. When in Florida, it is very humid and hot, the AC units cannot be set lower than 75 because it will cause them to freeze and not function properly. So by disregarding the instructions of the host you caused a problem for yourself. Let's not forget to mention that you used the safe, without letting anyone know. You then forgot your code and tried to pass the blame to the owner of the business. After arguing with her and the locksmith for over an hour, you then ADMITTED ON THE OFFICERS BODY CAMERA that you forgot the code, We cannot pay a locksmith for you locking your own belongings up and forgetting the code.
