Theodore didn't read the details of the listing before booking, apparently only the title. The unit is indeed a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment sharing a wall. There is a kitchen in the unit and a common area as well with plenty of places to sit. We agree it isn't a great place for a family of 4 with young kids to use as a home as we don't provide any amenities for children, but this is also reflected in the listing and Theodore decided to book it anyway for his family. I'm not sure why he thought the cafe wasn't open, since I saw him come in once while I was there and it was open, and we opened every day. We wish Theodore and his family could have had a better stay with us, but for everyone else, use this as an opportunity to be reminded that you should always read the full listing on Airbnb before booking--every place is different, and that's the point!
