We don’t take feedback like yours lightly and it’s unfortunate to hear that you felt like we did not acknowledge your concerns. Therefore, we are surprised to read that we failed to respond to your concerns after we spoke with you numerous times after you reported the smell to us and we even offered you to refund your under the condition you depart right away. Not taking us up on the offer we assumed you were happy to stay.
