Общение с гостями
I will be here to answer any and all questions you may have about the apartment and/or this amazing and exciting city, sightseeing, events, things to do, nightlife, transportation, anything at all, just ask. I will probably be in and out, so it is just as possible that you run into me as that you will have the entire apartment to yourselves; but even if I'm not home, I am always available for anything you may need during your stay.
Другие важные подробности
There is a supermarket down the block from the apartment if you wish to go grocery shopping, as well as a few delis for late night snacks. There's also a 24 hour laundromat just a block away, in case you need to do laundry.
The main rule is respect. Please respect my home and myself. Everything that follows is covered by this one rule.
Please clean up after yourselves. If you use the kitchen, do the dishes and clean up any spills, stains, drips, or splatters.
If the trash is full and I am not there to take it down, please do so. The new trash bags are in the Blue Moon crate behind the silver trash bin. The trash goes downstairs, across from the mailboxes by the entrance. Regular trash goes in the grey bins, recycling goes in the blue bin.
No smoking in the apartment.
No additional overnight guests, and no parties in the apartment. Having a few friends over for a small gathering could be acceptable, if approved by me; I am pretty reasonable, I just don't enjoy surprises.
No shoes in the apartment; in an effort to minimize that dirt inside the apartment, I ask my guests to please remove their shoes at the door. There is a shoe rack for your use at the entrance. No shoes in the bathroom, ever.
Thanks for your consideration.
I'm laid back, fun, easy going, and creative. I'm 38 years young and I love traveling and meeting new people. I love working with my hands and making things from scratch; this applies to cooking as much as it does to DIY projects! I've been living in Brooklyn for over a decade now, and consider myself a Brooklynite through and through.
