Guests can access the laundry room in the garage via the garage door opener, and the back patio with table and chairs, BBQ grill, covered free weight fitness area, wifi, and cable. There is an adjoining (like townhouse or duplex style) 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite that has tenants and is inaccessible.

Please keep in mind that there is another tenant in the basement level. It's basically a duplex situation. While the garage is accessible for laundry only, it contains the other tenant's belongings so please respect their space.
An exclusively indoor cat lives in the other unit of the duplex, but you won't ever see it unless you look through the basement window.
Please only use the beds/bedrooms that you need and don't use beds or bedrooms that you don't need. Please clean up after yourself. Do your dishes (sink or dishwasher). You are welcome to enjoy any food items, spices, baking ingredients that you may find in the cupboards. Please check the date on left over food items and use reasonable caution. Smoking is permitted in the backyard or back patio area, or on the front porch but away from the entrance, provided you dispose of the cigarette butts properly.
