I am responsible for this rental. Everything Justine has said about the apartment not being properly prepared is true. There was a mistake made by the owner (who lives in Paris) who did not calendar the rental and her nephew had used the apartment the night before. I have been offering this apartment for 15 years and this had never happened before. Clara, the apartment owner, takes excellent care of the apartment and always has it well prepared. This time, because of the mistake, it wasn't. Upon learning about the situation, within 1hr of the groups check-in, I did get someone to come clean the apartment.
