Your room is just inside the front door and the bathroom is right next to it so you won't have to wander through the house to find your own private space. We are close to everything -- just minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, eclectic Old Colorado City, and Garden of the Gods. The Air Force Academy is a 20 minute drive north on I25. Our adorable neighborhood houses an art gallery, a spa, and a salon so if pampering is what you're looking for, we've got it!

I stayed with Paul and Katie for two nights. The place we super clean. I had my own room and private bathroom which was great. The location was also great close to many attractions and downtown.

A nice, simple space. Super nice the room is right off the front door, so you can just slump into bed right when you get back. :) Bathroom is just off the bedroom, and super cozy. Katie was really helpful in tips for things to do in CO Springs. Thanks!
