We urge all guests to advise us right away of any issues, and it is very disappointing to read of an issue regarding the villa management not having the correct villa ready for Jennifer's check in. We deal directly with the senior management, and had Jennifer reported the issue to us we would have intervened right away and if we could not fix the issue we would have arranged a partial refund in respect of the inconvenience incurred. We are unable to assist our guests with any matters unless they are reported to us in real time. Very pleased to hear that everyone had an enjoyable stay.
