Lodge@KennyHills is excellent for couples, families (with kids), wedding contingent and ideal for company groups and other big groups. It comes with a huge living hall, dining room with a dining table for 16, kitchen, separate laundry room and a huge patio area. There are 5 bedrooms with 16 beds and 3 bathrooms. There is under roof car space for 4 cars and another 2 within compound. Seeing is believing.

1.Check-in/out: Check-in is at 3:00pm on your reservation start date. Check-out time is 10:00am on your reservation end date. This allows time to properly clean the house.
2.The Tenants shall maintain and leave the premise in a good & clean condition. The premises must only be used legally and for lodging purposes only. The tenants shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenants.
3.Waste disposal: The Tenants shall dispose of all their waste material in a proper manner and put their trash in a plastic bag and into the green bin in front of the main gate during their stay. The green garbage bins will be emptied every Wednesday and Saturday. Tenants are cautioned not to leave trash outside the bin because it will attract animals/ scavengers.
4.Damages: The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises other than normal wear and tear.
5. No pets allowed: No animals or pets of any kind shall be brought to the premises without prior authority from the Landlord
6.Occupants: The Tenants shall have no more than 16 persons residing in the premises; unless special permission is granted by landlord.
7.Noise Regulations: The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbours respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premise. Quiet hour starts at 10:00 PM and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.
8. No smoking allowed inside the premise: There shall be no smoking inside the premise and/or balcony.
9.Landlord shall provide fresh towels, linens, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used. Tenants are free to use the toiletries provided eg. toilet paper, shower gel and other essentials such as dish detergent, laundry soap etc.
10.The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss, whatsoever Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss or whatsoever which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover those of the Tenants. Tenants should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
11.Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Tenants do not intend to make the property a permanent residence.
13.Shortened stays: Tenants should make their due enquiry, review & inspection of premise. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations due to weather, work and family emergencies, other commitments or any reasons whatsoever.
14.Safety &security: Tenant shall see to their own safety & security during their stay in the premise. It is prudent to be locking doors, windows, main gate, etc. at a reasonable time. Tenants are advised not to leave valuables unattended.
15.Furniture & fittings. Please respect and treat with care. Damages will be charged to tenant accordingly.
16. Lost key replacement: There is a RM200 charge for replacement charge for lost keys
17. Keep the house clean - It is your responsibility to keep the house clean for the whole duration of your stay. Cleaning equipment & detergents are located in the kitchen & laundry area. You must wash your dishes and leave all the kitchen facilities reasonably clean after your use. You must leave the house in the similar condition (where practical) as when you check in. If excessive amount of cleaning work is needed after you check out, you will be charged a cleaning fee which will be deducted from your security deposit/bond.
18. Outages: We seldom experience outages. Any outages are beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.
