This cozy home is on a dead end and backs up to a park for gorgeous, quiet living - excellent for kids and a dog. The bike path runs right through Tantra Park which will take you anywhere you need to go in Boulder - King Soopers grocery store, Southern Sun Brewery, restaurants, etc.
This cozy home is full of huge windows with views of the adjacent park and the famous Boulder Flatirons. There are 2 dining tables on the deck which will allow everyone to enjoy grilling, eating and drinking while watching the sun set over the mountains.
No problem walking to the Southern Sun Brewery or any of the several restaurants in the Table Mesa Shopping Center (plus the now famous "Sweet Cow" ice cream shop).
The entire house is accessible including a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board; plus the park out the back of the house is open for disc golf, soccer, or whatever floats your boat.
