The Villa Tarni holiday complex is often described as the tropical paradise of Lake Mulwala. Lush green gardens, extensive lawns and views leading to the sparkling waters of the Lake. The grounds offer extensive shade, space and a large inground swimming pool which is exclusive to the complex. The Lake is shallow and sandy, perfect for boating and swimming.

This townhouse is all about location – perfectly positioned on the edge of Lake Mulwala; walking distance to Club Mulwala, the Mulwala Water Ski Club, Yarrawonga’s Belmore Street, restaurants, golf courses etc.

Villa Tarni Townhouse 7 is a light, bright, self-contained property which instantly offers a sense of relaxing holiday time.

The downstairs of the townhouse comprises a spacious open plan living/dining area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops. There is also a powder room, walk-in pantry and separate laundry.

Upstairs comprises of three generous sized bedrooms (2 with balconies). The master has a walk through robe with ensuite and a main bathroom, with bathtub services the remainder of the rooms.

Sit back on the alfresco which is only metres away from the water’s edge and enjoy entertaining and catering from your own private BBQ.

BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:
• Master: Queen bed and full ensuite bedroom
• Bedroom 2: King bed (or 2 x long singles)
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and a Bunk Bed

Please note: We will configure beds to best suit the needs of the booking, however last-minute bookings, the normal set is king, queen and 4 singles.

Usually we love to welcome our guests personally, but under these conditions this is not possible and instead we will email you 24 hours prior to arrival with check-in instructions.

In light of the recent border closure between Victorian and NSW, please note the following changes to our terms, applicable to interstate guests. Interstate guests are free to book an interstate property, however the standard cancellation policy applies should there be travel restrictions. We highly recommend you consider booking only in your state of residency.

Please note, in the event where the security bond was paid in advance, this will be returned within 7 days without an administration fee.

If there are government restrictions on travel within the state the guest is a resident of, and you are not permitted to holiday in the house you have booked, then refunds will be processed, less the 10% administration cancellation fee (applicable to the deposit and/or balance paid) and less any 3rd party platform fees (see below).

Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, then a 15% administration cancellation fee will apply.

Please note: The COVID-19 cancellation policy can change without notice.

**Please note, our COVID-19 cancellation policy is restrictive to the state and territory government guidelines and restrictions at the time of your stay.

(1) COVID – 19 Cancellation Policy: 3rd party advertising platforms:

If you are making a booking on a 3rd party platform, there are fees and commissions payable to that respective platform. Please note, these fees are non-refundable should a guest request to cancel.

Only in extenuating circumstances where a host or a guest is sick with COVID – 19, will an application be received for a different cancellation policy.

We, the Property Managers receive a payout after the planned check-in date of the booking period.

The remaining payout figure will be refunded to the guest, less the 10% administration cost, within 14 days of receiving this payment from the 3rd party platform.

(2) Airbnb Reservations made after 14 March 2020

Reservations for stays made after 14 March 2020 will not be covered under the Airbnb extenuating circumstances policy.

After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected.

COVID-19 related circumstances not covered include: transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, prohibitions on short-term rentals, and shelter-in-place requirements.
The property manager / host’s cancellation policy will apply as usual.


A security bond is payable to the Managing Agents (Waterfront Holiday Houses Pty Ltd) 7 days prior to arrival.
The security bond payment is $1000 per stay and payment details will be emailed to you after booking confirmation. This is to cover any damages that may be caused during the length of your stay, or additional cleaning charges, security callout, removal of rubbish or lost keys. The total cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions.

All quality bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Please supply your own beach towels.
A starter kit of coffee, tea, sugar and basic pantry items are provided.

Should you require any assistance with the planning of a special weekend, don’t hesitate to ask us. We have so many great local services and suppliers to help give a special weekend the ‘wow’ factor.
