Hi there! I welcome you to share my wonderful apartment on the top floor with high ceiling and lots of natural light. It is centrally located just a couple of blocks to the Hyatt, bay, convention center, shops, restaurants/bar, and so much more! All the furniture is new and the apartment has all essentials for you to enjoy a wonderful stay. The apartment/apartment building also has a beautiful fireplace, gym, office space, balcony, etc.
This apartment and apartment building have all the works! Includes wi-fi all toiletries, pots/pan, new state of the art appliances. The building has a 24 hr gym. The TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick and remote. The following are programmed: -Hulu -Spotify -Netflix
All of the building amenities, parking, entire apartment!
For any problems or lock-out please contact me directly as your name is not on the lease, and the leasing office and maintenance will not be able to assist you.

There is no cleaning fee, however, please leave the unit in the same way it was received or a cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.
This building is 100% Smoke free.
Including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit of the deposit.
There is a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints.
We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
QUIET HOURS are 10pm-8am.
NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES
We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.
The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
The guests undertakes to hold the Host, Owners and all agents harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
We have a strict check out time, so please be considerate for the people after you, we also need time to clean so all guests must follow our check in & check out time :

We give a grace period of 30 mins check out, so please be considerate for the next guest after you.
Please send me a text message when you have checked out and leave the fob and garage remote in the lock box.
