A dedicated, private, air- conditioned loft studio apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom and living area. It is located at the rear of the Guesthouse with a garden outlook. The kitchen is fully self contained with all amenities including bar fridge, microwave, hot plate and an array of appliances.
The Upper loft contains a comfortable King size Bed .
The Guesthouse is well managed, clean and quiet - it is a spacious ,warm and comfortable environment .
The studio is a separate part of the Guesthouse facing a shared sun drenched backyard. A beautiful alfresco area in a relaxing garden which has its own BBQ and outdoor seating/dining furniture.
In addition, the studio guests are welcome to utilise the coin operated Laundry situated within the main house.

The Studio is independent from the rest of the guesthouse and total privacy is assured. However, the manager resides on site to provide assistance if necessary. On other occasions, an offsite manager is available.

Access to the Studio is through the elegant main entry of the Guesthouse.
A personalised key code will be provided within 24 hours before check-in for access to digital locks at the Main door and the Studio door.
Fresh Linen and Towels are provided on arrival and changes are available for stays over one week.
The Studio is fully self contained but there is no catering available. Television service is for Free-To-Air channels only, no Cable-TV is available. WIFI internet service is complimentary.
- 1) Maximum guests are two people - No Visitors are allowed;
- 2) Loud music and conversation kept to a minimum;
- 3) Room must be kept in a reasonable state of cleanliness;
- 4) Door should be locked at all times as No responsibility will be accepted for lost or damaged items;
- 5) Guests are not to interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of neighbours or other Lodgers or person lawfully on the premises;
- 6) Check Out Time is 10am to enable the cleaner to prepare the room for the next guest;
- 7) The Owner/Manager reserves the right to terminate the booking instantly for any breach of the above House rules. In such a situation, the guest would not be entitled to any refund of any unused days.
