A large Dining Area is situated just off of the Kitchen with a Breakfast Bar providing the perfect place for enjoying a casual meal. A cozy Media Room is adjacent to the Kitchen and Dining Area. Featuring a 47” Flat Screen Smart TV with multiple media options including Cable TV, Internet streaming, and Netflix.

The Master Suite offers a King-sized bed, Flat Screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with oversized glass and tile shower. A large sliding door opens onto the Patio, providing direct access to the pool and spa, as well as a semi-private sitting area. Three additional Guest Rooms are located in the Main House; with one featuring a California King-sized bed with en-suite bath and Shower and Spa Tub, and the two remaining featuring a Queen-sized bed and dual twins, which both share an oversized full bath with oversized glass and tile shower. Tangerine Modern brings indoor living to the outdoors, with the Pool Patio offering an outdoor Dining Area, Gas BBQ, multiple chaise lounges and plenty of additional seating. The home features wonderful mountain views to the South and West; the large rectangular pool features LED lighting and an elevated Spa with spillover. A poured concrete bench provides ample seating by the modern gas fire feature, perfect for enjoying an evening outdoors with family and friends! Subtle LED lighting is featured throughout the patio, casting beautiful hues throughout as evening progresses.

Feeling as a secluded luxury retreat and tucked against the San Jacinto Mountains, Tangerine Modern is the ultimate retreat for a family gathering as well as an ideal home for relaxation and rejuvenation.


Additional Terms: NO PETS ALLOWED! This home is not a party house. It's a peaceful and serene desert retreat located in a residential community. Please respect our neighbors and community. Outdoor music is not permitted in Palm Springs and a $500.00 fine will apply if noise complaint filed. Holiday and special event rates may be higher. Higher minimum nightly stay of 4-5 nights may apply during holidays and prime season months (February - April). Rental contract required, No renters under 25 years of age, no smoking indoors, no parties allowed unless approved in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Pool heating optional with an extra fee - $75.00 per day, $300.00 per week, actual utilities paid for reservations 28 days or longer. Important Vacation Rental Regulations in Palm Springs -

MUSIC ‐ All music is prohibited outside at a Vacation Rental property at all times of the day.

POOL ‐ Being in the pool is fun. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level as to not impact neighbors when occupying the Vacation Rental.

CONDUCT ‐ Creating any unlawful disturbance, engaging in disorderly conduct at the Vacation Rental property is prohibited.

NIGHT TIME ‐ At your discretion please consider moving indoors after 10pm to help preserve the quiet neighborhoods. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices and do not exceed the established allowed levels. Our neighborhoods are very quiet at night. The City may issue a citation if the noise level is recorded above allowed levels.

OCCUPANCY ‐ Please abide by the occupancy limits set in your reservation.

PARKING ‐ Please utilize driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle(s) before using street parking. There is a limitation on parking. Only one (1) vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time.

HOUSEKEEPING/MAINTENANCE - Guest agrees to notify Oasis Rentals upon check-in or within 24 hours of any housekeeping complaint or property maintenance issue, including pool heating. Failure to do so precludes any courtesy consideration. RATE ADJUSTMENT/ COMPENSATION WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF REPORTED ISSUE IS NOT FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS.

POOL AND HOUSE SAFETY : Guest is exclusivley responsible for pool safety for you, your children and invitees. Guest acknowledges that the safety of yourself, your guests, children or pets depends on you. Pools, spas, fire pits and BBQ's are serious safety risks and hazards - including injury or death - if not used with attentive care and caution. By booking this home on AIRBNB you are fully aware of and assume the risk for yourself, your party and for any guests or invitees during your lease. We are not responsible for accidents. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY (ACTIVE OR PASSIVE) OASIS RENTALS, ITS OWNERS, MANAGEMENT OR EMPLOYEES, AND PROPERTY OWNER, FROM ANY HARM OR INJURY CAUSED BY USING THE POOL AND/OR SPA EQUIPMENT - OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE PROPERTY.

Oasis Rentals, at its sole discretion, may terminate this contract at any time and vacate a Tenant/Guest from property with no refund if Tenant/Guest violates any of the material terms listed above or if police or City enforcement has been dispatched to the property due to unruly behavior at the property or if Oasis Rentals, at its sole discretion, has grounds to believe that tenant may cause damage to property, or conduct illegal activity on property.

Had an awesome weekend at the Tangerine House. Spacious enough for 9 people. Kitchen was awesome as we were able to cook multiple meals throughout the day. Plenty of towels for showering and for the pool. If you are looking to getaway from the city and want to be in a secluded area then this is the place to be.

The house and the location are beautiful! Being in the pool and seeing the mountains in the distance was amazing. The property manager was great and very responsive. The rules for renters in Palm Springs are very strict, so beware if you like listening to music while you swim or are outside. I'd also recommend this to those that want four bedrooms as opposed to five. The fifth bedroom had subpar a/c and didn't fit the rest of the house in decor or comfort.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We spent 4 memorable days here and basically never left the property. Thinking this was most relaxing Airbnb experience we've ever had. Absolutely certain you will too. Property is immaculate. Classic neighborhood. And the check-in to check-out process was as friendly, efficient and professional as it gets. In fact, holiday traffic unexpectedly delayed our arrival into PS from LA but Eric was kind enough to wait around for us to check us in and give us a tour of everything we needed to know. Thank you Eric! We will most definitely return. G&B

The Tangerine Modern is an outstanding house in Palm Springs and was the perfect house for a group of friends. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. It was my first time in Palm Springs and I definitely would like to return!

Great Location, nice looking house in photos, but when you get there, it's not a good place top stay in a hot climate like Palm Springs. Very shallow swimming pool, mesh shades in all rooms that will not allow you to sleep due to the sun rays blazing through. Very uncomfortable. Shabby Wifi. Uncomfortable beds. I think if the owner of this house addresses all of these issues, it will be a great house to stay in because the layout is cool and the location is ideal.

Michael's place was our favorite of the five year family reunion homes we have rented. It was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, Communication concerning check-in and check-out made for a positive experience. I would definitely recommend it!!

We loved Tangerine Modern. It was designed with beauty, simplicity, comfort and function in mind; everything worked, was well maintained, clean, with lots of amenities. So many aspects exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family vacation, lots of places to gather and to retreat, the comfortable bedrooms (some with their own patios), many common areas or in the beautiful yard. The kitchen is great to work in and the house is well set up for entertaining. Oh, and the neighborhood is wonderful! Micheals management team was very professional and friendly with prompt responses and helpful with questions and recommendations. Check in and check out was a breeze. I absolutely recommend, and I would return happily to Tangerine Modern.

The "FINE PRINT" - All vacation rentals in Palm Springs and surrounding cities must follow very strict local vacation rental ordinances (laws) to remain in business, including strict occupancy limits (2 persons per bedroom), collection of separate local occupancy taxes (9% - 13%), party free homes, good neighbor policies, no outdoor music permitted at vacation rentals, renters must be over the age of 25 to book, and an actual rental contract must be signed with an ID provided for the responsible renter.

We understand that this may add a few extra steps to the speedy AirBnB booking process. We do hope that our ever present sunshine, amazing homes and pools, and stunning mountain views would make up for the extra steps. Please keep in mind that we don't make the local laws, we just follow them!!!
