Just steps from central station, you'll find this modest room in St. Georg (Hamburg's gay district) the perfect place for your short or longer-term stay. An excellent launching point to anywhere in the city, you will have quick and easy access to all modes of public transportation (Bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, City Bikes, Regional Busses & Trains), and of course, a stress free arrival!
The entire building recently underwent a full renovation from the inside out, and has only been occupied since March of 2017, therefore this apartment is practically new.
Your main living space is bright and airy, taking in natural light the entire day - this being the case, I have not installed window coverings, however there are no privacy concerns. If you don't like being awoken naturally by the light, this place is probably not for you. Having a place this bright in an often cloud covered city is a rarity, therefore I take full advantage of it.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your own meals, except an oven, which is very common for single's apartments in Hamburg.
The bathroom includes a shower with constant, centrally heated hot water.

I will be available in person for your check-in and via phone/e-mail in the event of any apartment related emergencies, questions, or concerns.
I'll do my best to help you make the most out of your stay. If you want to be shown around the city, it can certainly be arranged!

I would expect that you treat my home as your own. If you don't treat your own home well, you are not welcome. I mean this in all seriousness. Don't bring strangers that aren't included in your booking into my home. Don't be reckless, and try not to break things that aren't yours. Lastly, be respectful to my neighbors and don't make unreasonable amounts of noise after 10pm.
- Shoes off at the door please.
- Please clean up after yourself and try to leave the place tidy.
- Treat the place with respect so I can continue offering it to guests.
- Acknowledge that this is a home and not a hotel.
- Only registered guests are allowed. Please do not bring strangers into my home. I wouldn't do it with yours.
- If you damage something, please report it to me immediately.
