This top floor light filled three bedroom flat sits a top a hill conveniently located between the Castro and the Mission, blocks from the Noe Valley neighborhood vibe and Dolores Park. Noe Valley is like a little village hidden in the middle of the city, with charming restaurants, bars and markets, and easy access to downtown. Enjoy the energy of this wonderful city, but the quiet of this family neighborhood.
You can access the backyard and enjoy breakfast sitting in the chair under the sunny San Francisco morning.

i love what i do, which makes working not so much work, but currently i am on the road traveling europe and africa for about 15 months or so. i'm a dual citizen- the u.s. and republic of ireland and look forward to exploiting that e.u. membership at some point in my life, but for the time being san francisco is not such a bad place to be. plenty of hiking, backpacking, trailrunning, skiing, climbing and backcountry skiing to do pretty close by. and the city isn't too shabby either. great food, great bars, great wine, amazing people.
i've decided to hit the road for a year of travel through europe and africa, taking a bit of a sabbatical full of drawing, photography, architecture, hiking, food, wine, beer, people and adventure. I am really excited about taking the time to immerse myself in different places for extended amounts of time, without feeling the need to run from one stop to the next.
