Excellent. Dorota works in hospitality and it shows. The house is clean with sensible touches like cheap-but-effective Chinese paper lanterns on lightbulbs. Everything you expect and need is there. A modern and comfortable bed. A shower that works well without drama. The location is great as well, especially on your way to or from Gatwick, with Chrystal Palace station literally at the end of the street. The station is on Anerley Road, which has a Tesco, Cafe Chic with the best coffee and sandwiches, Paxton Cafe with local arts & crafts and co-working and lots of useful services like a laundrette/dryer, barbers, a shoemaker, etc. If you walk up the hill, passed Chrystal Palace Park, you get to the Chrystal Palace triangle, 3 streets crammed full of pubs, restaurants, coffee places, shops and supermarkets and the best view on the London skyline anywhere.
